Episode 3, the flawed French subs are making the length show up as 23:45, when it should be 12:43. Somebody added a translator note at the end, and it was about that time.
Speaking of, TVDB is not always accurate. touts itself as "the most accurate source for TV and film", but their info just comes from randos on the internet, so it is seldom 100% accurate. Not sure what a "S00" is all about, but if you check the lengths of each pair of "episodes", they add up to about 27 minutes. And if you remove one set of opening/outros, it ends up at about 24 minutes exactly, which is the average length of an anime episode. I don't believe these were MEANT to be separated, and indeed, many anime torrent wholesalers have them paired off. In fact, if you check AnimeNewsNetwork, they will tell you that the "preview" episodes aired were simply episodes 1-6 of the actual show, which starts in July.
It is EXTREMELY evident when you look at episodes 9 & 10, which are 9 and 18 minutes, respectively. Together, that is the 27 minutes from earlier.
CR divided those 6 eps, that's why you see 12, and yes it starts in july, as for thetvdb is something that helps people with a home server like Plex or jellyfin, you're free to do what you want with the download, S00 is what Thetvdb has for specials fyi
