Mux of the Yousei-raws encode with WhyNot and PGS subtitles and dub. I've restyled the WhyNot subs to match season 1, and fixed a bunch of missing glyphs. Both audio tracks on the JPN BD had absolutely destroyed the opening song (and to a lesser extent credits).
