If all files are unchanged (you are perfectly fine with the initial release and you want to preserve it), you should repost the original torrent, which info hash should be 199c40dc9db1a8f94bef8a6afd63ddf258cfae56,
and NOT make a new one, therefore splitting the share swarm.
Doing so, people who download the torrent from yousei-raws.org or nyaa.iss.one won't connect and share the data.
Keeping the same torrent also makes sure there was no data alteration from the original.
@golgoth-13 Trust me, I've been trying to figure out how to upload the original torrent file. It was rejected since it was missing http://nyaa.tracker.wf:7777/announce as one of its trackers. And as far as I know, the only way of adding is by creating a new torrent. Is there a way around it that I'm not aware of? I feel dumb
You can't repost the original torrent file as it is... because it may lack some mandatory tracker for the site.
You should EDIT it (which is different than create a new one).
To edit a torrent file while keeping info hash the same, there are things that will remain unchanged: piece size, privacy.
But you can change the trackers, which is what you need.
To do so, you can use online tools as torrenteditor.com or torrent.parts
Uploading the torrent file there will give a reading of what is inside.
Following the guidelines of Nyaa, you may need to delete all previous trackers in order to have nyaa.tracker.wf:7777/announce as the first one.
It is up to you to keep the old ones by adding them back after. But keep in mind some are deprecated (coppersurfer, leechers-paradise, etc.), so it makes no sense to have them.
By adding just http://nyaa.tracker.wf:7777/announce to your torrent file, the system -during the upload process- will automatically add the four other trackers:
udp://open.stealth.si:80/announce
udp://tracker.opentrackr.org:1337/announce
udp://exodus.desync.com:6969/announce
udp://tracker.torrent.eu.org:451/announce
If you added some other trackers (best is to check they are still operational), those four automatic trackers will be added at the end of the list.
If you added those four trackers manually (like if you want to manage the order of the trackers), the automatic system will notice them, and will not include them twice in the list.
I encourage you to try make a new post for Tears to Tiara, keeping the original info hash... If you succeed, you may notice that there will be instantly another seeder -which is me- which means we will connect to the same swarm and we will both seed to new users. This is how it should work, and how we can participate to preserve an active share of data and support the initial release.
You may then delete this post.
(Users from previous post with incomplete data will rehash with the new torrent, so their first downloaded data are not completely lost. It's better that you do this before they complete the torrent, so they will go for the second post, and then connect to right swarm.)
Hope it helps.
Best regards.
