@Shizusan
No, you're right. The timing of the subs is off. It's an issue that persists on most of the different releases for this particular episode, for some reason. Seems to me almost none of the different "groups" bothered to even QC the timing first before putting out their release, which I must admit I find a bit lazy and disappointing when you're already getting finished subs ripped directly from Disney+ anyway.
Stuff like this and the fact that none of the technique names are translated anymore in any of the releases, like they always were in pre-1000-Year Blood War Bleach, makes me miss the old days when fansubs meant actual fansubs, not just direct rip to encode releases (yes, I know actual fansubs still exists. I myself still actively follow Chihiro for example, they're still great. But my point is there are very very few of them left these days that are truly active).
Aaaanyway, my small bit of whining aside, I am going to wait for a v2 that fixes the issue. If the subtitle file was a separate file, I would just fix the timing myself, like I sometimes do with movies and what not, since it's a very quick and small fix. But although I know how to use mkvtoolnix to edit which individual parts of a video are included, and how to use Aegisub to edit the timing in subtitle files, to my embarrassment I seem to have plum forgotten how to extract the subtitle files so I can edit them lol (it's been a few years since I've done it). ( ^_^') AnoZu's REPACK release has the timing on the subs fixed, so if push comes to shove, I can always grab that one, but since I've stuck with Anime Time up until now, I would love to keep my archive consistent (of course, I'm really hoping for a BD batch of the entire 1000 -Year Blood War show from someone at some point, once the series is over and done with).
(Apologies for the long post. Keeping things brief and concise was never one of my strengths. ( ^_^') )
